Financial Assistance Program

Supporting you in your recovery.

We understand that navigating breast cancer isn’t just a physical battle, it’s also a financial one. We’re here to help you ease both burdens. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to the specialized care needed to overcome treatment-related side effects, so they can live well during, after, and beyond breast cancer.

Our Financial Assistance Program covers up to 12 one-hour appointments of Breast Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphedema Therapy with specialized physical or occupational therapists. We pay the therapy practice directly on your behalf, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to focus on your recovery and healing. This program is designed for individuals who are uninsured and underinsured.

If you need financial assistance to access these services, we’re here to help!
