Financial Assistance Program
Get the Specialized Care You Deserve.
Breast cancer treatment can leave lingering side effects, such as chest tightness, shoulder stiffness, scar discomfort, swelling/lymphedema, pain, and much more. Breast Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphedema Therapy can help you minimize these side effects, restore your mobility and strength, and improve your quality of life during, after, and well beyond breast cancer.
However, we recognize that many people can’t access this specialized care due to high out-of-pocket costs, limited insurance coverage, or financial hardship. Our Financial Assistance Program is open to eligible survivors and previvors, and covers up to 12 one-hour appointments of Breast Cancer Rehabilitation and/or Lymphedema Therapy with a specialized Physical or Occupational Therapist in your community.
If you need financial assistance to access this life-changing care, we’re here to help!
